Bar Mitzvah services are wonderful celebrations for Jewish families. They mark the transition from childhood to Jewish adulthood with beautiful Jewish traditions. The Bar Mitzvah does not have to take place in a temple or synagogue. I’m Rabbi Jason Miller and my goal is to help make your teen’s bar mitzvah a meaningful and memorable experience for your teen and you, his parents.
Each bar mitzvah ceremony is customized to meet the needs of the teen. Bar Mitzvah training is also available with Rabbi Jason (face-to-face or using video conferencing) leading up to a special, fully customized ceremony that will be memorable for your family and the guests.
The bar mitzvah services I organize are creative and personalized. Each ceremony is unique and appropriate for the teen’s abilities.
I have helped many teens with learning challenges and special needs. The mitzvah training is customized to accommodate any learning differences.
The Mitzvah Rabbi is available to tutor students for bar mitzvah no matter where you live. Using Zoom video conferencing technology with your teen, I will help them prepare for their bar mitzvah service and we will also discuss Jewish holidays, Torah, Jewish history, Jewish culture and the Jewish life-cycle.
The location is up to you. Bar Mitzvah ceremonies don’t have to take place in a temple or synagogue. Get as creative as you want with the venue. (Travel fees may apply)
I bring a full-sized kosher Torah scroll.
I create customized prayer books created specifically for your mitzvah ceremony. These personalized prayer books make nice keepsakes for your guests.
